Game Overview:
Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is a co-op first person action game developed and published by Fatshark.
Four players cooperate to defeat oncoming waves of enemies, similar to Fatshark’s previous game Warhammer: Vermintide 2.
Fatshark will focus on crafting, more rewarding progression, improving stability and optimizing performance for the new few months.
Comms-Plex 154/2f sees players venturing to the Throneside District to re-establish communications. A new crafting option is also available.
"We ripped it out, started over, and created a completely new crafting system, which will be much better," says Fatshark's Victor Magnuson.
This outrageously violent and detailed excursion is an engaging experience.
The co-op shooter launches on Steam, the Microsoft Store and Game Pass. The Xbox Series X/S version still doesn't have a release date.
The developer will "gradually be rolling out" the rest of the features throughout December, and build on them further in the future.

Warhammer 40K: Darktide developer is impressed with several aspects of the Xbox Series X.
"Many developers nowadays are used to a much more dynamic ecosystem of hardware," the developer says.

The 4 player co-op title is due out in 2021.
