The Last of Us Part 1 is set to launch for PC on March 28, marking the series’ debut on the platform, and ahead of its looming release, Naughty Dog and Sony have revealed new details on what features the PC port will boast, and what its system requirements across multiple settings will be.

On PC, The Last of Part 1 will feature support for AMD FSR 2.2, Nvidial DLSS Super Resolution, and 21:9 Ultrawide and 32:9 Super Ultrawide aspect ratios. The game will also include options for Vsync and frame rate caps, and several other features, including Texture Quality, Shadows, Reflections, Ambient Occlusion, and more.

In addition to keyboard and mouse, players will also be able to play using both the DualShock 4 and the DualSense, the latter of which will make use of the controller’s adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. Naughty Dog has also confirmed the inclusion of full controller remapping, primary and secondary bindings for keyboard and mouse control, and an adaptive mode that will let you combine keyboard and controller inputs. Meanwhile, several bug fixes from the PS5 version are also promised.

As per the system requirements, players will have the option of four different presets, with minimum settings running at 720p and 30 FPS, recommended settings at 1080p and 60 FPS, performance settings at 1440p and 60 FPS, and ultra settings at 4K and 60 FPS. The former two will require a 16 GB RAM, and the latter two will kick that requirement up to 32 GB. Across all four settings, you’ll also need 100 GB of free SSD storage.

You can check out the full PC specs below, along with a brief new teaser that showcases the game on action on PC.

On PC, The Last of Us Part 1 will be $10 cheaper than it is on PS5. Naughty Dog has previously also confirmed that the game will be fully optimized for the Steam Deck upon its PC release.

Upon The Last of Us Part 1’s launch on PS5, in our review, we awarded it a score of 9/10, saying, “The Last of Us Part 1 is an extremely faithful remake of the original. It could have benefited with improved gameplay, but what is here holds up extremely well, making it a blast to play through.” Read the full review through here.
