Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is a hack-n-slash third person shooter developed by Saber Interactive and published by Focus Entertainment.
It is a direct sequel to the 2011 game Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine, which was developed by Relic Entertainment.
The third-person shooter slasher will release for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC and sees players slaying hordes of Tyranids.
The third-person action title is reportedly releasing in 2023 for Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and PC, according to Insider Gaming's Tom Henderson.
Saber Interactive developers took to the stage during the PC Gaming Show 2022 to talk about Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2's gameplay, the combat, and Primaris Space Marines.
While Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 still doesn't have a release date, the developers are keeping communications up through a new developer diary.
Games Workshop currently lists Total War: Warhammer 3, Warhammer 40,000: Darktide and Lost Crusade for release this year.
