The Legend of Heroes: Trails into Reverie is a role playing game developed by Nihon Falcom and published by Nihon Falcom in Japan, and NIS America in the rest of the world.
It serves as a direct sequel to the Trails of Cold Steel series, which itself is part of the larger The Legend of Heroes franchise.
New story trailer highlights different arcs for Rean Schwarzer, Lloyd Bannings, and C following the events of Trails of Cold Steel 4.
Only PS4 and PC players can access the VR content using head-mounted displays, though they can be played without VR enabled.
The long-awaited English port of The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki is out next Summer for Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and PS5.
According to a blog post by NIS America, the next mainline Trails title will release "shortly after" Trails to Azure in the West.
All titles will receive English subtitles while The Legend of Nayuta and Trails Into Reverie will have English voice-overs as well.
