Returns & Exchanges
Reebok accepts returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date, for orders placed through our official U.S. online store (Reebok.com).
Items purchased in retail stores, international websites, or third-party retailers (e.g., department stores, resellers, or non-reebok.com sites) are not eligible for returns through our U.S. return portal. Please refer to the return policy of the original retailer for assistance.
Returned products cannot be used, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by its original tags and packaging (including shoe box). Original shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Returns may take up to 5-7 business days for processing once the package has been delivered.
Please note that items sent back without a return packing slip, will take longer to refund. Packing slips are provided along with the return shipping label when you register your return on our return portal. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will be denied.
Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges on our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to initiate a return using the link provided above.
Returning Your In-Store Purchase
For items purchased in-store, returns are accepted within 60 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in its original box. In-store purchases can be returned at the original purchase location or at any Reebok retail store.
