The bosses in Hogwarts Legacy are nothing to scoff at. They are quite powerful and have a bunch of attacks that will take some getting used to before you’re able to defeat them all. This guide lists all of the game’s bosses as well as tips on how to easily defeat them.

Armored Troll

The Troll appears when you get to Hogsmeade for the first time. Use ancient magic to poke him and make him smash into the surroundings for a quick defeat.

Pensive Guardian

The Guardian is tougher to beat. Dodge incoming attacks and keep firing spells into the orb at its back. Using Depulso on the purple and Leviosa on the yellow charges also deals a ton of damage. Here is a video that showcases the entire boss fight in detail.

Mountain Troll

The Mountain Troll is a savage creature. Stay close to prevent it from throwing boulders at you and pelt it with close-range spells. Here is a little video guide to help you out.

Graphorn

The Graphorn is one of the toughest bosses in the game. Ancient Magic is perfect for this fight as it gives you a ton of firepower. Using a talent-upgraded Mandrake can is also quite effective. This video showcases a nice balance of offensive and defensive combinations that are effective against the beast.

Solomon Sallow

Like the Poachers Solomon also has a bunch of minions that fight alongside him. They don’t pack a punch, but can disorient you long enough for Solomon to sneak in a strike. Victor Rockwood

Unlike the previous fight, the minions accompanying Victor Rockwood can wield spells. You’ll need to move around the map constantly and pick them off one by one before taking Victor himself. Follow this video and you should be able to defeat him on your first try.

Theophilus Harlow

Theophilus is a tough opponent. Break his shield using Levioso and only then use Ancient Magic. Ignore the Ashwinders and target him with all your spells. Here is a video guide that’ll help you with battle.

The Absconder

Avoid the smaller spiders until they are directly upon and focus all your spells on the Absconder. However, keep your distance while doing so. This video guide will help you focus on the important parts of the fight.

Ranrok Dragon

The final boss fight is difficult. First, make the health bar appear by destroying the different colored orbs. Most of its attacks are unavoidable so make sure to follow this video guide if you want to get him on your first few tries.
