Halo Infinite’s Season 3: Echoes Within is coming soon, and infuses a lot of new content into the game. In addition to three new maps, new modes, and a new weapon to a new Premium Battle Pass, changes are coming to the Shop.
In a new Customization Preview article, 343 Industries revealed a more consistent layout for the Shop and more overall offers in Season 3. Dailies will also refresh each day. A half-week slot which refreshes twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday is also being implemented.
Super Bundles are also being introduced, which feature multiple offers in one package at a substantially lower price than separate purchases. They’ll be available in Weeks 1 and 3, with Season 3’s Aquahex Bundle being the first. Along with the MIRAGE IIC and MARK VII Armor Cores, it includes the following items for both Cores:
MIRAGE IIC items:
- Erinyes helmet
- Erinyes Hymn helmet attachment
- TAC/LACEWEB SCM-P shoulders
- TAC/LACEWEB TRM CORE chest attachment
- TAC/SCM-P wrist attachment
- TAC/SCM-P knee pads
- Void Ultra armor coating
MARK VII items:
- Security GEN3 helmet
- Oppressor Mark II helmet attachment
- UA/AHALA shoulders
- UA/MACROSPLINE chest gear
- Project CASKLOOM wrist gear
- Pattern Shift armor coating
- Cyan Sky visor
It also includes the Aqua Hex weapon coating for the MA40 Assault Rifle, MK50 Sidekick, BR75 Battle Rifle, VK78 Commando and CQS48 Bulldog. Though priced at 2200 Credits, the Super Bundle will be available in separate bundles in Week 3 for those targeting specific items. This isn’t the end of changes for the Shop, as 343 Industries is experimenting with “different formats” for Season 4 and the future.
