Gundam Evolution Coming to PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PS5; Network Test Set for April

Originally announced for PC, Bandai Namco Online has confirmed that Gundam Evolution is also coming to Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4 and PS5. Furthermore, a Steam network test will be taking place from April 7th to 12th with consoles to follow later (head here for sign-ups). Check out the latest trailer below which showcases all of the different Mobile Suits in action.

Gundam Evolution is a 6v6 competitive multiplayer title with objective-based play. Much like Overwatch, players can change between different Mobile Suits to alter their strategies. Each unit offers different play-styles and skills, though all of them can utilize things like the Thrust System for dashing. Ultimates are referred to as G-Maneuvers and each unit has their own (though it takes time to charge after use).

Overall, there’s quite a lot of variety in the suit choices, especially with GN-001 Gundam Exia and RMS-108 Marasai showcased at the end. Gundam Evolution is currently slated to release this year and will be free to play at launch. Stay tuned for more details in the meantime.
