Resident Evil 4 Remake Trailer Showcases Luis Sera, New Gameplay

As part of Game Informer's cover story for this month, the survival horror title will receive new gameplay footage and details.

Plenty of big games await in the coming months, but Capcom’s remake of Resident Evil 4 is perhaps the biggest. Based on the 2005 survival horror classic, which revolutionized the genre, it features heavily revamped visuals, a darker tone and new mechanics. Fans won’t have to wait long to see more of the game, as Game Informer has announced it as the cover story for the month.

It released a brief new trailer announcing its coverage that showcased some brief new gameplay. Luis Sera and Ashley also appear, and the famous cabin siege appears intact, which is good news. Along with playing Chapters One and Five, the publication will also speak to directors Yasuhiro Ampo and Kazunori Kadoi.

Never-before-seen footage, and details on the new tweaks and Ashley’s gameplay, are also coming, so stay tuned in the meantime. Resident Evil 4 launches on March 24th for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5 and PC. Check out some more gameplay here.
