Atomic Heart PS5 and PS4 Pre-Loading Goes Live on February 19, Requires 41.6 GB of Storage Space on PS5

Atomic Heart will require drastically lower storage space on PlayStation consoles as compared to its Xbox versions.

Ahead of Atomic Heart’s long anticipated launch next week, pre-loading for the game recently went live on Xbox consoles. Now, courtesy of Twitter page @PlaystationSize – which tracks the PSN backend – we know when pre-loading will go live on PlayStation consoles as well.

Pre-loading for Atomic Heart on PS5 and PS4 will go live a couple of days before launch, on February 19. The open world shooter’s storage requirements on both consoles have also been released, with the PS5 version actually requiring less space. It has a file size of 41.677 GB on the PS5, as compared to a file size of 47.901 GB on PS4.

Interestingly, Atomic Heart has a significantly smaller size on PlayStation consoles than it does on Xbox, with the latter requiring over 78 GB on storage.

On PS5 and Xbox Series X, Atomic Heart will run at a dynamic 4K and 60 FPS. You can also check out the PC version’s system requirements and graphics presets through here.

Atomic Heart launches for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on February 21.
