Killzone 2
Leading up to its launch, Killzone 2 was embroiled in controversy over its graphics (which wasn’t helped by Sony’s “demo” at E3 2005). The characters and story were mostly serviceable, but all in all, Killzone 2 put Guerrilla Games on the map as a developer to reckon with.
